Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled and versatile Full Stack Developer to design, build, and maintain web applications and internal systems that support our counseling operations. This role will work across both front‑end and back‑end technologies, ensuring smooth performance, secure data handling, and user‑friendly experiences for staff and clients. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working in a healthcare environment where privacy, reliability, and accuracy are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize full‑stack web applications

  • Build responsive, user‑friendly interfaces for internal and client‑facing tools

  • Design and manage APIs, databases, and server‑side logic

  • Integrate third‑party services, scheduling tools, and EMR/healthcare systems

  • Ensure security, HIPAA compliance, and data protection best practices

  • Troubleshoot issues, perform debugging, and improve system performance

  • Collaborate with leadership to identify technology needs and propose solutions

  • Document code, workflows, and system architecture

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)

  • 2+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer

  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Node.js, React, HTML/CSS, or similar frameworks

  • Experience with SQL or NoSQL databases

  • Familiarity with API development, authentication, and cloud services

  • Understanding of security best practices; healthcare experience is a plus

  • Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Preferred Skills (Optional but Valuable)

  • Experience with HIPAA‑compliant systems

  • Knowledge of EMR/EHR integrations

  • AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud experience

  • DevOps or CI/CD pipeline familiarity
