We are seeking a creative and user-focused UX Designer to help design intuitive digital experiences that support clients, clinicians, and administrative staff.

Position Summary

The UX Designer will be responsible for researching, designing, and optimizing user experiences across web and mobile applications. This role will collaborate closely with product managers, software engineers, stakeholders, and end users to create accessible, engaging, and user-friendly solutions that improve service delivery and operational efficiency.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, usability testing, and data analysis.
  • Create user personas, user journeys, workflows, wireframes, and prototypes.
  • Design intuitive user interfaces that align with user needs and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders throughout the design process.
  • Develop low-fidelity and high-fidelity mockups using industry-standard design tools.
  • Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback into design improvements.
  • Maintain and contribute to design systems, style guides, and UI component libraries.
  • Ensure products meet accessibility standards and best practices.
  • Present design concepts and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
  • Analyze user behavior and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Stay informed on UX trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in User Experience Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of UX design experience.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating UX design processes and completed projects.
  • Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
  • Understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
  • Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a remote work environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience designing healthcare, behavioral health, SaaS, or consumer-facing applications.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts.
  • Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.
  • Understanding of analytics tools and data-driven design decisions.
  • Experience with mobile application design.

Compensation

Salary Range: $85,000 – $125,000 annually, depending on experience, portfolio quality, and qualifications.

Physical Requirements

Work Environment

This is a fully remote position. Candidates must have reliable internet access and a suitable home office environment. Occasional travel may be required for team meetings, training, or company events.
